When is the next Fortnite live event? Release date speculation
What is happening next?!
Following the Remix: The Finale event, attention is starting to turn to the next Fortnite live event coming to the battle royale.
Epic Games doesn't do live events on a small scale, often creating huge spectacles involving some of the biggest names in entertainment.
The likes of Snoop Dogg, Eminem and Juice WRLD have featured in previous live events, setting the bar high for any future spectacles that are on their way to Fortnite in the future.
So, when exactly is the next Fortnite live event? Keep on reading for all the latest news surrounding when the latest event is expected to launch.
When is the next Fortnite live event?
There are no signs of a Fortnite live event taking place anytime soon.
However, the imminent arrival of a Godzilla skin could be a tease as to what Epic Games has up its sleeves.
Godzilla is expected to feature as part of a limited-time mode but there's every chance the King of Monsters is responsible for drastic changes to the current map.
As soon as any information on the next Fortnite live event appears, we'll be sure to update the page with everything there is to know.
When was the last Fortnite live event?
The most recent Fortnite live event was on 30th November at 2pm ET
For us in the UK, that was at 7pm. It was at a reasonable time and the perfect opportunity to watch the showcase.
This was all confirmed on 28th November 2024 after the game’s official page on X posted the details.
It said: "Remix: The Finale is looking explosive! Be there November 30, doors open at 1:20 PM ET."
How to join a Fortnite live event
To experience the next Fortnite live event, it's best to join a game of Battle Royale before the event is due to begin to experience it in its entirety.
In preparation for events, Epic often takes down Fortnite experiences (like creator mode) until the event's conclusion as it begins to work on implementing the update.
We suspect it will play out much the same way for the next live event, though we'd recommend logging on at least a couple of hours early if you are serious about attending it.
As the most popular game in the world, Fortnite commonly receives huge queues as players attempt to sign on to Epic's servers. And we wouldn't want anyone to miss out.
