Traditionally, live events in Fortnite are often wrapped in mystery, dragged out by months of teases before being showcased in-game.

It's a bit different this time, thanks to a shorter truncated Remix season celebrating Chapter 2.

It means we have a roadmap highlighting what to expect over the next month before a new chapter begins.

The Remix season focuses on musical artists, being kicked off by a live and in-game concert performed by Snoop Dogg and Ice Spice, both of whom are featured this season.

Keep reading to find out when the next live event is in Fortnite and what we can expect this time around.

When is the next Fortnite live event?

The next Fortnite live event has been confirmed, and it will commemorate the end of the season on 30th November at 2pm ET/1am ET/6pm UK time, so it will be a more welcome time for anyone in the UK.

The event itself is called Remix: The Finale and will celebrate Juice WRLD, even offering a free skin for everyone in attendance.

It's still unknow exactly what the event will entail, but hopefully we will know more soon.

When was the last Fortnite live event?

The most recent Fortnite live event was on Friday 1st November 2024 at 6:30pm ET.

For us in the UK, that was at 10:30pm. It was a late one, but the in-game gig highlighting two rap artists was worth the wait.

This was all confirmed on Tuesday 29th October 2024 after the game’s official page on X posted the details.

It said: "Join us for Remix: The Prelude in-game on November 1. When the timer hits zero, be there with the volume UP."

How to join a Fortnite live event

To experience the next Fortnite live event, it's best to join a game of Battle Royale before the event is due to begin to experience it in its entirety.

In preparation for events, Epic often takes down Fortnite experiences (like creator mode) until the event's conclusion as it begins to work on implementing the update.

We suspect it will play out much the same way for the next live event, though we'd recommend logging on at least a couple of hours early if you are serious about attending it.

As the most popular game in the world, Fortnite commonly receives huge queues as players attempt to sign on to Epic's servers. And we wouldn't want anyone to miss out.
